Terms of Use
These terms govern the Fracta iOS app and the Fracta MCP connector (the "Service") provided by ProtoductAI Inc. ("we"). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. Account
You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for your account. You can delete it at any time from Settings in the app.
2. Purchases and subscriptions
Task management, memos, notifications, widgets and the calendar are free. Using the MCP connector requires the paid "Fracta Pro" subscription.
Purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds follow your Apple Account and Apple's rules. In-app purchases are governed by the Apple Standard EULA. You can cancel in iOS Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions.
3. Prohibited use
- Using the Service in violation of law
- Overloading the Service, accessing it without authorization or interfering with how it works
- Reverse engineering the Service or reselling it to others
- Using the MCP connector to reach anyone else's account
4. Your content
You keep your rights in the tasks and memos you enter. We store and process them only as needed to provide the Service; see the Privacy Policy.
Use of external services you connect through the MCP connector, such as ChatGPT or Claude, is governed by their own terms.
5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided as is. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for losses caused by delayed notifications, sync delays or outages of external services. Where we are liable, our liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the month the loss arose.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend all or part of the Service if you breach these terms. You may stop at any time by deleting your account.
7. Changes and governing law
We will post changes on this page with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
